Medicare (CMS) Requites a valid Scope of Appointment is signed by beneficiaries to give Licensed Insurance agents written Permission to discuss your options for Medicare coverage.  These documents are good for one year after they are signed.

This can be updates electronically if you click the image to the left and fill out the required Paperwork.
